Pudding Stone Coasters are sliced and shaped by stone artisan with over 60 years’ experience. They are then coated with an epoxy-resin finish that gives the stone shine and luster. The coasters are approximately 3” - 4” in diameter and have a cork lining on the bottom to prevent scratching. No two stones are exactly alike and they vary in color and size.

The Pudding Stone is very colorful stone and are conglomerates, or stones made up of other stones. Pudding stones were transported to Michigan by glaciers during the Ice Age. They're composed of a white quartzite matrix with sharply contrasting red, brown and sometimes black jasper pebbles. Pudding stones can be found on any of the Lake Michigan or Lake Huron shorelines.
